Without login (home)

Anyone can use the public view:

• Select class – Choose a class in the dropdown to see the figure list with the three teach dates (1st–3rd teach).
• Filters: “All figures” or “Practiced only” – full list or only figures taught at least once.
• Practice evenings: Per class at evenings.php?class_id=…. Pick an evening to see new figures (1st teach) and reviewed figures (2nd/3rd teach), including instruction links when available. The heading shows date and Caller (e.g. “21.09. · Wolfgang”).
• Direct link: Share a class via view.php?class_id=3 or view.php?name=EBH_2026_MS so dancers can open their list without logging in.

Figure colors

• White – not taught yet (0 teaches)
• Yellow – 1 or 2 teaches
• Green – 3 teaches (complete)

For a family (figure group): green if every part has 3 teaches; yellow if at least one part has 1–2; otherwise white.

Filters (logged in)

Above the table:

• All figures – Full figure list for the class (default).
• Practiced only – Figures with at least one teach (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
• Caller board – Full-screen wall of taught figures only (yellow/green), large names, no dates or links – for glancing while calling.
• Review (Caller/Admin only) – Figures with 1 or 2 teaches that still need another teach.
• New figures (next X) (Caller/Admin only) – Next X figures in list order with no teach yet.

Caller & Admin: recording teaches

Callers and admins maintain the three teach dates (1st–3rd teach) per figure:

• “Today” – One click writes today’s date into the next free teach slot (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
• “Edit” – Opens the figure detail page to set or change the three dates. Shows who entered each date (“Entered by [name] on [date]”).
• Bulk (“Mark Today for selected”) – Select several figures with checkboxes, then set today’s date on the next free slot for each.

Admin features

• Manage figures – Edit master data: name, description, sort order, family, and link (e.g. Taminations). A ↗ appears next to the name in the list when a link is set.
• Manage classes – Class admins can add/remove users, change roles, set passwords, and copy share links. The last admin of a class cannot be removed or demoted.
• Profile – Every logged-in user can edit first/last name and change their own password.
• Stay signed in – On login, optional checkbox keeps you signed in for 30 days (also works in the installed Web App). Log out clears it; changing a password invalidates other devices.
• Setup – New class, new level, and CSV figure import live on the Setup page.
• Practice evenings – Class admins (or any admin) can correct an evening’s date and Caller.
• Install as app – On phone/tablet, open the site in Safari/Chrome and use “Add to Home Screen” / “Install app” for a full-screen Web App.

Switch class

If you belong to several classes, use the class dropdown. Callers only see classes where they are Caller or Admin; dancers see all their classes.
